1. Website Use
The SENTRIQ Tech website and services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into an agreement.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting a quote request, contact form, wholesale application, or order.
2. Account Registration
Certain services or features may require you to create an account or provide contact and business information.
You agree to provide complete and accurate information and to keep your account information current. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity occurring through your account.
3. Products and Services Offered
SENTRIQ Tech provides custom commercial signage products and related services, including:
- Channel letters
- Lightboxes and sign cabinets
- Monument signs
- Blade signs
- Flat-cut letters and logos
- Wayfinding and directional signage
- LED neon signs
- High-rise and building signage
- Sign design and digital proofs
- Sign manufacturing and shipping
- Wholesale signage services
All signage is custom manufactured according to the specifications, measurements, artwork, materials, and other information approved by the customer.
4. Quotes, Fees and Payments
Quotes are based on the project information provided by the customer and may change if the project specifications, materials, dimensions, shipping requirements, or design requirements change.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars.
- A 50% deposit is required before production begins.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the order is shipped.
- Approved wholesale customers may receive separate payment terms.
- Additional fees may apply for rush production, revisions after approval, special materials, shipping, installation requirements, or changes to the original scope.
An online estimate or pricing-calculator result is not a final binding quote until confirmed by SENTRIQ Tech.
5. Design and Proof Approval
SENTRIQ Tech may provide a digital proof, mockup, drawing, or production file before manufacturing begins.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving:
- Spelling
- Dimensions
- Colors
- Materials
- Logos and artwork
- Layout
- Mounting specifications
- Electrical specifications
- Installation details
Once a proof is approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the approved design. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and production delays.
Colors displayed on phones, computers, and other screens may vary slightly from the finished product.
6. Production, Shipping, Cancellations and Refunds
Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the project, material availability, approval delays, shipping conditions, and other circumstances outside SENTRIQ Tech’s control.
Because SENTRIQ Tech products are custom manufactured:
- Orders may only be cancelled without production charges before production begins.
- Cancellations after production begins may be subject to a 30% restocking or production fee.
- Returns are generally not accepted for changes of mind, customer-provided measurement errors, approved design errors, incorrect customer instructions, or normal screen-to-product color variations.
- Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Eligible warranty, return, replacement, or refund requests will be handled according to SENTRIQ Tech’s published Warranty, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies.
7. Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, images, text, fonts, designs, or other materials submitted to SENTRIQ Tech.
You authorize SENTRIQ Tech to use the submitted materials as necessary to design, manufacture, and fulfill your order.
You agree to indemnify and hold SENTRIQ Tech harmless from claims arising from materials you submit without proper ownership, authorization, or licensing.
All website content, including the SENTRIQ Tech name, logo, text, graphics, product images, layouts, calculators, and designs, is owned by or licensed to SENTRIQ Tech and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8. Email and SMS Communications
By submitting a form and selecting the applicable consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive communications from SENTRIQ Tech at the email address or telephone number you provide.
Communications may include:
- Quote follow-ups
- Appointment or consultation reminders
- Project questions
- Design-proof notifications
- Order and production updates
- Shipping notifications

- Promotional offers, where separately authorized

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

SENTRIQ Tech’s total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
12. Installation and Local Compliance
Unless installation services are expressly included in a written agreement, the customer is responsible for arranging proper installation.
The customer is responsible for confirming:
- Local sign ordinances
- Building permits
- Landlord or property-owner approval
- Electrical requirements
- Zoning restrictions
- Structural requirements
- Installation-site measurements
SENTRIQ Tech is not responsible for problems caused by improper installation, inaccurate customer measurements, missing permits, unauthorized placement, or failure to comply with local regulations.
13. Third-Party Services
SENTRIQ Tech may use third-party providers for payment processing, CRM services, communications, analytics, shipping, website hosting, and other business functions.
SENTRIQ Tech is not responsible for the independent actions, availability, policies, or services of third-party websites or providers.
14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal dispute arising from these Terms, the website, an order, or SENTRIQ Tech’s services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in New York, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
